“Get outside and get yourself some vitamin D and B12 and B6. Add some St. John’s Wort to your favorite drink mix and get some exercise. That’s my go-to.” Mark, C 6

“Always have something to look forward to. Next fishing trip, next baseball game, next visit from the granddaughter.” David, C 6

“The people who are around you can also add to your depression if they are down, negative. If that’s the case you need to be determined not to let them pull you down or get out.” Gloria, C 4

“Stay busy and help others. A lot of times helping other people helps us get out of our own head. I have never volunteered and left feeling worse than when I showed up.” Ethan C 3-4
